Natural Moisturizing Factors + HA (30ml) gift with purchase (the “Promotion”) is available on theordinary.com from 12:00am EST May 20, 2025 to 11:59pm EST May 26, 2025, while supplies last (the “Promotion Period”). Discount code “SPRINGNMF” must be entered during checkout. 

Customers who purchase at least one The Ordinary product and spend the minimum qualifying amount (before taxes and other charges) in their local currency in a single transaction, according to the table below (“Qualifying Purchase”), will qualify to receive one (1) free The Ordinary Natural Moisturizing Factors + HA (30ml) (the “Gift”). NIOD and LOoPHA products are excluded from this Promotion.

Limit of one (1) Gift per customer. The Gift is subject to stock availability. If Gift stock runs out prior to the end of the Promotion Period, then this Promotion ends. Promotion cannot be combined with other offers.

Offer excludes applicable taxes, brokerage, duties and custom fees, shipping and delivery charges, gift cards, and other other items not discountable or excluded by law. Offer applies to available products and stock at the time of purchase, no rainchecks or price adjustments. Offer is not valid on purchases outside of the stated promotion period, is non-transferable and there is no cash value or alternatives.

The Ordinary UV Filters SPF 45 Serum (60ml) free product promotion (the “SPF Promotion” or “Promotion”) is available to the first 1000 Eligible Participants from 11:00AM EDT May 1st, 2025 to 11:59PM EDT May 5th, 2025 (the “Promotion Period”) while stock lasts, on a first come, first served basis.

The SPF Promotion is only available to participants who reside in countries that DECIEM is currently shipping to and where The Ordinary UV Filters SPF 45 Serum is sold (“Eligible Participants”). For greater certainty, the Promotion is not available to residents of Canada, Australia, New Zealand, China, Japan, Korea, (Hawaii - Maui County Only), US Virgin Islands and Palau.

At the beginning of the Promotion, DECIEM will make a Promotion-related post for The Ordinary, (the “Promotion Post”) on https://www.instagram.com/theordinary/. In order to receive one (1) free The Ordinary UV Filters SPF 45 Serum (60ml) (the “Free Product”), Eligible Participants must fill in and submit the required information on the submission form linked on the Promotion Post found here: [https://www.instagram.com/theordinary/]. Limit is 1 Free Product per Eligible Participant. The Promotion applies to available products and stock during the Promotion Period, no rainchecks. The Promotion is only available to the first 1000 Eligible Participants who complete and submit the submission form. When the 1000 Free Products run out, the Promotion ends.
