Decimals Community Program is a benefit/reward-based program designed to reward Member engagement for The Ordinary & NIOD brands. This program is currently only available in the U.S.

There is no cost to join the program. You can join Decimals Community in 2 ways:

1. Sign-up online at theordinary.com and/or niod.com and follow the prompts to register. In order to sign up, you must provide your full name, email address, and create an account password. You will also need to opt into the Decimals Community Program and Decimals Community Marketing Emails.
2. Sign-up in-store by providing your full name and email to a Store Associate and they will be able to set-up your account through the necessary steps. This can only be done in physical DECIEM owned and operated freestanding stores in the United States.

Decimals Community is available to individuals who are legal residents of the United States (including its territories and possessions) and at least 18 years of age or older and who provide and maintain a valid email address.

By becoming a member of Decimals Community, you agree that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by the Decimals Community: Terms & Conditions of Participation and by the terms of our Privacy Policy and website Terms & Conditions and by any changes or modifications we may make.

As a Member of Decimals Community, you will be eligible to redeem Decimals Community Benefits and Decimals Community Rewards across The Ordinary and NIOD transactions.

Decimals Community Rewards
There are also other challenges or Decimals Community activities that lead to rewards, called Decimals Community Rewards. Once earned, Decimals Community Rewards will appear in your Decimals Community Rewards Drawer and can be selected to redeem with an eligible future order.

Decimals Community Members are required to be logged into their account at theordinary.com or niod.com to access their Decimals Community Rewards.

Once earned, Rewards will appear in your Decimals Community Rewards Drawer in your account. Rewards can be selected to redeem with an eligible future order for The Ordinary and/or NIOD at checkout.

Rewards available in the Decimals Community Rewards Drawer cannot be combined with other Rewards in the Reward Drawer. Only one Reward can be selected and redeemed per order. Decimals Community Rewards must be redeemed within 12 months of being earned.

Decimals Community Members are required to be logged into their account at theordinary.com or niod.com to access their Decimals Community Benefits.

Complimentary Shipping on the first Wednesday of each month, and Early Access to new products will automatically be applied when you are logged into your account.

The Anniversary Gift will appear in your Decimals Community Rewards Drawer on the anniversary date of joining the program, starting 1 year after joining, and every year thereafter. It can be selected with an eligible future order, but cannot be combined with any other Rewards in the Decimals Community Rewards Drawer. The Anniversary Gift must be redeemed within 30 days of your anniversary date.

Your Anniversary Gift available under Decimals Community Benefits is valid for 30 days from your Decimals Community anniversary date. After this time, your Reward will expire and no longer be available to be redeemed. You will be eligible for the Anniversary Gift benefit again on your next anniversary date.

Decimals Community Rewards expire 12 months from the date they are earned. After this period, they will no longer be available to redeem in the Reward Drawer.

Decimals Community Benefits: Complimentary Shipping on the first Wednesday of every month & 1-day Early Access to new products are ongoing Benefits available to use come up. Anniversary Gift expires 30 days after your anniversary date (with the first Anniversary Gift becoming available 12 months after you join Decimals Community).
Decimals Community Rewards expire 12 months after being earned.

Your anniversary date is the date you joined the Decimals Community Program and is shown on your Decimals Community account page when logged in.

You can view your Decimals Community Benefits & Rewards in your account dashboard by logging into your account online at theordinary.com, and/or niod.com.

It may take up to 48 hours from the time of order fulfillment for Decimals Community Rewards to show as available in your account.

Decimals Community Rewards (Cancelled Orders, not delivered): If you cancel an order that included a Decimals Community Reward or Discount, that Reward or Discount will be returned to your account so you can use it on a future eligible purchase.

Physical Gift-based Decimals Community Rewards (Returned Orders): If you return an item from an order that has already been delivered, you may keep any physical Decimals Community Rewards (such as a complimentary gift with purchase) that were included in your order.

Fraud Policy: If an order is flagged for fraud or violates the Decimals Community Program Terms & Conditions, Deciem has the right, in its sole discretion to close the account.

You must be logged into your account at theordinary.com or niod.com. Standard complimentary shipping will be applied automatically at checkout.

Decimals Community Members will be offered 1-day early access to shop select new products before they are offered for sale to the general public at theordinary.com and niod.com. Decimals Community Members will be notified by email when they have early access to new product launches. No. Products received as a reward (e.g. a mini product, gift with purchase) cannot be returned or exchanged for money or any other products.

If you decide you no longer want to be a part of the Decimals Community Program, sign into your account at theordinary.com and/or niod.com, and uncheck the box next to "Yes, I want to be a Decimals Community member" and click the "Update" button to save your changes. You can also let a store member know at any DECIEM owned and operated freestanding store in the United States.

You can reset your password on theordinary.com, and/or niod.com by selecting ‘Forgot My Password’ at the login page.

No. Neither accounts nor Decimals Community Rewards and Benefits may be shared or combined with other people or members.

No. Decimals Community Benefits and Rewards earned have no cash value, are non-transferable, and you have no property rights in the Rewards and Benefits.

Yes. The Decimals Community Program and its Benefits and Rewards are offered in Deciem’s sole discretion. Except where prohibited by law, we may, in our discretion, cancel, modify, restrict or terminate the Decimals Community Program, including its Terms and Conditions, our FAQs, and/or any aspect or feature of the Program at any time, even though such changes may affect your Benefits or Rewards already earned and/or the ability to redeem earned Benefits or Rewards. If we make material changes that negatively impact the value of Benefits or Rewards already accumulated or earned, we will provide you with at least 45 days' advance notice.

You can opt out of receiving DECIEM, The Ordinary, NIOD, or Decimals Community emails at any time by clicking on the unsubscribe link at the bottom of each email communication or in your Decimals Community account dashboard.
