All Deciem brand products (The Ordinary, NIOD, LOoPHA and The Chemistry Brand) are offered at a 23% discount (the “Abnormal Birthday Promotion”) during the following period (the “Abnormal Birthday Promotion Period”):
- on theordinary.com, niod.com, loopha.com, and thechemistrybrand.com from April 1, 2026, at 12:00am EST (2:00pm AEST, 1:00pm HKT, 4:00am GMT, 5:00pm NZST), to April 30, 2026, at 11:59pm EST (1:59pm+1 AEST, 12:59pm+1 HKT, 3:59am+1 GMT, 4:59pm+1 NZST).
- In all standalone DECIEM stores from April 1, 2026 to April 30, 2026 during local operating hours. The Abnormal Birthday Promotion will not be available at Deciem/The Ordinary branded counters located within our retail partners’ stores.
During the Abnormal Birthday Promotion Period, each customer (cardholder, household) will be limited to 5 units per product (i.e. SKU) at the discounted price and 5 units per product at regular price, and limited to a total of 30 units total per order at the promotional price. The promotion does not apply to gift cards (the “Promotional Limits”). Additional limits may apply for overlapping promotions during the Abnormal Birthday Promotion Period. Any products purchased in excess of the Promotional Limits may be purchased at their original price. The Abnormal Birthday Promotion is not combinable with any other offer unless specified in that offer and any other promotion DECIEM may determine at its discretion. Abnormal Birthday Promotion discount will be automatically applied at checkout.
Offer excludes applicable taxes, brokerage, duties and custom fees, shipping and delivery charges, gift cards, and other items not discountable or excluded by law. Offer applies to available products and stock at the time of purchase, no rainchecks or price adjustments. Offer is not valid on purchases outside of the stated promotion period, is non-transferable and there is no cash value or alternatives.
DECIEM reserves the right, without prior notice, to (i) discontinue this offer/promotion at any time; (ii) cancel or refuse any individual's benefit from it, including, without limitation, individuals creating multiple user accounts; (iii) amend these terms and conditions; and (iv) limit the number of promotional redemptions.
Except as otherwise set out herein, all purchases are subject to DECIEM’s standard Terms and Conditions (which can be found at https://deciem.com/terms.html) and Shipping + Delivery Terms (which can be found at https://theordinary.com/faq.html#shipping_delivery) which are expressly incorporated herein by reference. No, unfortunately, we're unable to accept orders for items that are out of stock.

Yes, to ensure fairness, each customer can purchase up to 5 promotionally-priced units per product and/or 5 promotionally-priced units per product set. Any items beyond that can be purchased at the original price.

We aim to fulfill orders within 3 business days, and occasionally processing may take up to 5 business days due to high order volumes. We're adding extra resources to minimize delays. For a successful delivery, please ensure that your delivery address is entered correctly upon checkout. Any parcels returned to the sender due to an incorrect address will be refunded by default.
Once an order is placed, it cannot be edited. You may cancel your order within one hour of placing it via our LiveChat by selecting "Cancellation Request" and confirming your order number and the email used to place the order if placed on theordinary.com or niod.com.
Please note: Orders placed on loopha.com cannot be cancelled once submitted. Any order that includes a LOoPHA product is not eligible for cancellation.

The same unit limitations apply to orders placed for in-store pickup.
You’ll have a 3-calendar-day pickup window. Orders not collected within this period will be cancelled, and a refund will be processed within 14 days.
If any units are unavailable in-store and cannot be packed, those units will be cancelled, and a refund will be issued within 14 days. You will receive an out-of-stock and cancellation notice in advance.
